- 1. Venue Rental
- 1.1 Payment must be made upon booking in the online system
- 1.2 The amount of Php 3,000 per hour shall be charged for any excess hours consumed from the allowed six (6) hours period, excluding ingress and egress. Said payment shall be inclusive of electricity charge houselights. Payment must be made directly with the Intramuros Administration.
- 1.3 Functions with 1,000 or more guests shall be charged double rental fee.1.4 For other charges, the Lessee must settle the payment at the One Door Processing Center (ODPC).
- 2. Change of Schedule or Venue
- 2.1 In case of change or transfer of schedule or venue, the Lessee is required to submit a written request for approval to the Administration, subject to the following conditions:
- 2.1.1 The written request must be submitted not later than three (3) months before the scheduled date of the function. If the prescribed period is not met, the request will not be granted and the corresponding payment shall be forfeited in favor of the Administration. If the reservation was made within three (3) months prior to the scheduled date of the function, the request for change of date or venue shall be reviewed and evaluated by the Administration.
- 2.1.2 The Lessee is allowed a maximum of three (3) changes or transfers but only within one (1) year from the original schedule of booking. On the second and third transfers, the Lessee shall be charged the amount of Php 1,000 and Php 1,500 as penalty, respectively. Payment made online shall expire after one (1) year from the date of booking.
- 2.2 In case of transfer from a more expensive venue to a less expensive venue, the excess in venue fee shall not be refunded to the Lessee and shall automatically be forfeited in favor of the Administration.
- 2.1 In case of change or transfer of schedule or venue, the Lessee is required to submit a written request for approval to the Administration, subject to the following conditions:
- 3. Refund
- 3.1 In case of cancellation of any confirmed booking or non-usage of the rented venue for any reason whatsoever, a portion of the payment shall be refunded to the Lessee in accordance with the following:
- 3.2 A written request for refund must be submitted by the Lessee thru email, along with the corresponding online acknowledgement receipt.
- 3.3 The Administration shall review and evaluate the request taking into consideration its lost opportunity. A confirmation shall be sent to the Lessee outlining the allowed and approved percentage of refund.

- 4. Other Conditions
- 4.1 The use of venue for rehearsals is subject to payment of additional fees as provided in Item.
- 4.2 The Lessee shall be allowed to enter venue for ingress and undertake appropriate set up for the function at least four (4) hours before the scheduled time of the event.
- 4.3 A lessee whose function shall accommodate more than three hundred (300) guests is required to provide two (2) units of portable toilet for every one hundred guests in excess of the first 300 guests.
- 4.4 Fireworks shall be allowed upon presentation of written permit from the Fire and Explosions Division of Camp Crame and Manila City Hall and must be mounted in designated area only. Lessee must provide a standby firetruck in the venue.
- 4.5 Cooking shall not be allowed in the venue and its perimeter or premises. Grilling and roasting shall be allowed only upon prior approval of the Administration and only within the designated area. It is understood, however, that such permission shall be granted on the condition that precautionary measures shall be employed by the Lessee to ensure the safety of the public and the facilities of the Administration. It is understood further that any accident caused by grilling or roasting in the premises shall be the sole responsibility of the Lessee.
- 4.6 The Lessee shall be held responsible for any damage to the facilities of the Administration as well as the protection of the general public.
- 4.7 Live bands are prohibited. Entertainment shall be limited to singers, piano, guitar, rondalla and the like.
- 4.8 The Lessee shall properly observe cleanliness in the premises and shall be responsible in keeping the place clean and free of equipment, furniture and props after the function.
- 4.9 The Administration shall not be liable for failure to provide or allow the use of venue due to fortuitous event.
- 4.10 In case of brownout, the Lessee shall provide its own generator.
- 4.11 The acknowledge receipt to use the venue is non-transferable.
- 4.12 The Lessee must download and provide copies of the Guidelines for Caterers and Decorators, herein attached as Annex A, for the information and reference of its suppliers.
- 4.13 The Lessee must download and provide copy of the List of Lights and Sounds Form, herein attached as Annex B, for the reference and submission of its supplier. The said form must be emailed to business@intramuros.gov.ph . A confirmation shall be sent to the indicating the pick-up of the required permit to set-up and use the venue.
- 4.14 The Lights and Sound Equipment must be limited to 50-ampere consumption. Otherwise, the Lessee must provide a separate generator set.

- 6. Having read and understood the above Terms and Conditions, the Lessee agree to comply with the use of venue. The Lessee also understands that the reservation through this system does not convey any right to enter and/or use the venue until a written permit is issued by the Administration.
